A $50 fee will apply for cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice or for missed/ no-show appointments for consultations. This policy is in place to protect the time and availability of all clients and the practitioner.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise—consideration will be given to emergencies or exceptional circumstances.

AS OF JANUARY 1ST 2026, the cancellation fee will be half the cost of the scheduled session FOR FULL THERAPY SESSION
